My Scraproom

A year ago this month we moved my scrap room to a bigger area of the house. Rich needed more privacy for his office and of course, I needed more room. It took a year to get it organized the way it worked more me. Here are the most recent photos.

Most of the furniture, storage containers, and rug is from IKEA.

The newest addition is the Lego castle. Not sure how long I will keep it here but it's fun to look at.
I LOVE having a counter height table to work on. My other new favorite thing is my Echo Dot for all the music and audio books at my fingertips.

I love my vertical paper storage. There are Cropper Hoppers inside the boxes. I got the boxes at Michaels.

My favorite IKEA purchase was the drawer units.

My sister Anne made the wall hanging a few years ago, it's my favorite thing. I love the WRMK albums.

I just finished labeling some of the containers. These white cabinets were from Michaels.

For Christmas I got these Washi tape holders. I had to add some color to them, but so far they work great.

These are new kits or kits in progress.

My new favorite thing is permanent vinyl, can you tell?

Thanks for looking. It really is my happy place.

Favorite layouts of 2016

Wow, it's been three years since I've posted anything on this scrappy blog. Thanks Steffanie for the push to share some of my 2016 creations.  2016 started out with moving my scrap room to the bigger part of the house! See other post.  I love creating in my new space, just wish I had more time.

Do you believe I got a tattoo this year? Here's the proof!

I also created some projects for my classroom and Melissa's race. Here are a few of those.

Scrapping Summer Camp 2013

It's that time again! We are a bunch of crazy scrapbookers who loved the summer camps so much that we decided to do our own. Come join us at Proboards! (You have to be accepted to the forums, but sign up and if you have the scrapbooking bug, you'll get in)
Here's the link

Here is my layout for the Arts and Crafts Challenge. The challenge is to weave on a layout. I just received some corrugated cardboard and didn't know what to do with it. I thought of all of our weaving we do in our classroom, and voila, my challenge. I'm trying to finish up my Hawaii album this summer.
