CK Summer Camp

This week is CK's annual scrapbooking summer camp. I've been scrapbooking some vacation photos for the challenges. I took 800 photos in Hawaii, but only had 300 printed. Yikes. I took over 500 at Disneyland and San Diego, so I have tons to choose from! Here are a few layouts.

I was so happy to finish my Seattle scrapbook from our trip in February. Here are a few double pages that I added to that one.

It's so nice to be home, but only three more weeks until school starts! I have jury duty next week, so I'm hoping not to get on a trial so I have some summer vacation left. Wish me luck!

Summer Mini Album

I wanted to make an album similar to December Daily for summer. EP and Doodlebug supplies were perfect for this. I found the chipboard album while cleaning my scraproom.

Summer Vacation

We just got back from our first road trip! We spent time in Hollywood, Anaheim, and San Diego. Here are a few layouts I did since I've been home. The first one was for CK's hourly challenge to alter letters. I used cardstock letters and inked them with three different colors.

It is my week to host the weekly challenge at CK, so I did a recipe challenge. I hope you can play along! Here is my layout for that.

I turned it into a double page layout. That will teach us to go the first week a new ride opens!

Here are a few more double page layouts I did yesterday. I used the Super Sketch Club layouts from Scrapbook Generations. I love that club, so glad I joined.

I also did Ashley's sketch challenge for June, nothing like waiting until the last week.

I really miss this beautiful cat that we had for four days. We almost got a kitty, but we were going on too many trips this summer to be able to take care of it. Maybe in the fall.

The rest of my summer I plan on reading, scrapbooking, and cleaning out some cupboards in my house. Have a great summer everyone.

More Seattle Layouts

I am so glad that I joined the Super Sketch Club by Scrapbook Generations. I take a lot of photos when I travel, and this is the perfect way to showcase them.

9 Down, 22 to GO!

I'm taking an online writing class to scrapbook 31 words and what they mean to us. It's been such a great class, but sometimes it's hard to write. Here are a few examples. Thanks to Ali Edwards and BPC for offering this class.

Thanks Anne!!!!

My sister made me this beautiful wall hanging for my scraproom. I am known as Lovetoteach everywhere, so she wanted to make Lovetoscrap. She didn't know I had a blog named that! I love it and hung it up today. So I spent the morning in my scraproom rearranging furniture! My paper kits were under the window and getting faded, so I moved the card catalog there. I got rid of a lot of stuff and I love how it is now. The lamp is even plugged in finally, so I can scrap at night!

Scrap Marathon, I'm Tired....

Here are a couple more. I love the one about my husband, this is for our 20 year anniversary. I didn't get him a card because I usually make a layout about us.
