Latest Layouts

I am hosting the OLW Challenge this month over at CK. One Little Word is where you choose a word to work on during the year. I've had a rough couple of years healthwise, so I chose RELAX this year. This month's challenge is to relate it in some way to your childhood. I chose to write about how my mom relaxed compared to how I relax.

March Update

Hello friends. I haven't had much time to scrapbook lately as this is always such a busy time of year! We went to visit Katie last week and visited a really cool castle winery. Here are some photos.

 

Allison had Jr. Prom last weekend too. She had a great time going with friends.

Isn't Superbowl Weekend for Scrapping??

I'm on a roll, don't stop me now! I rarely scrapbook this much during the school year, and how I miss it. I've been getting a lot done thanks to Super Scrap Club by Scrapbook Generations! I did my first black and white layout last night too, and I love it.

The sketch last week at Ck was this cute one with a circle! I did this layout of our Hawaii trip and I love it!

One Little Word

My OLW for this year is RELAX. I know I need to do this more often, and stop worrying about every little thing. I always have a to do list going and just need to enjoy my days more.

I did a layout about the love of our new family game, Settlers of Catan. I cut out the title using my new Cameo machine that I got for Christmas.

Holiday Scrapping

I had fun yesterday scrapping many holiday layouts. As most who know me know I hate scrapping Christmas because they all start to look the same. I get the Super Scrap Club so that did help this month. Here are a few:

 

Recovery Time at Home

Well I haven't updated in a long time! I had surgery last Wednesday to have my gallbladder removed, so I am recovering at home. This gives me some scrapping time, even though I'm feeling like I should be cleaning my house! I did some wedding layouts today.

We had a great Thanksgiving at Anne's house. I took some family photos outside by her neighbor's beautiful tree. I love how they came out. Then the girls wanted to do some jumping photos! The first one is really blurry, but it's one of my favorites. They look so happy!

We even got the boys/dads to jump!

We also went to the Sacramento Zoo so Katie could do research for her anthropology class. Some of my favorite shots from the zoo.....
